South West Beef and Lamb

We are proud to introduce this fine traditionally-finished brand sourced from beef suckler herds reared and grazed on Devon and Cornwall's unique countryside. Working in partnership with Jaspers and famers we have known over generations, we are also able to source traditionally farmed lamb left to graze naturally on those same lush green pastures.

Both cattle and sheep are processed through Jaspers' specialist plants employing maximum professional care and expertise as well as working to exacting chilling and handling principles. Maturation then takes place under carefully controlled temperatures before our own skilled butchers prepare individual cuts to customers' specifications.

All our South West Specially Selected Beef and Lamb carries the quality standard mark of EBLEX and is delivered under strict temperature controls in clearly marked boxes with the added reassurance of our EFSIS accreditation.
